Our services are carried out through our parent company, Ross Watch Repairs Canary Wharf, initiating this new venture. Please note that our staff at Ross Watch Repairs will not be able to assist WRNY customers in person at their premises.

We strive to return your watch to you within 3-5 working days, though this timeframe may vary based on our workload. For those in need of a quicker turnaround, we offer an express service at an extra charge. Express customers receive priority handling, with repair completion targeted within 1-2 days.

The cost of a repair can vary depending on the specific needs of your watch. However, our watch battery replacement prices are fixed. Upon review of your watch brand and requirements, we will provide you with transparent pricing options for you to choose from.

For watch battery replacements with resealing, we offer guarantees ranging from 12 to 36 months. Opting for a watch battery replacement without this service will not include a guarantee.

Due to the potential impact of human error or external damage, we are unable to guarantee water resistance. It’s essential to securely screw down the crown, especially before activities like swimming, to prevent water damage to your watch.

Payment is requested upon the completion of all repairs to ensure your satisfaction with the service provided.
